We stay in deluxe double room quite often, it is always very clean and air-conditioned. It was right by Pattaya Beach. Besides, we parked the car on-site.

set very close to many local attractions and also within 15 minutes on foot from central marina. all in all a perfect experience. hotel was very clean. the beach was near the property we stayed at.
